ummm... If I'm reading that second chart right, he's claiming a 160 tire fits on a 3" rim?

Yeah, i honestly think that is an old bias ply fitment chart. Tall sidewalls and less interest in what the overall profile will end up like. If I recall correctly the V65 Magna had a (then) massive 160 on the rear and I doubt that rim was any wider than a 3.00".
