Looking for flush mount signals

I am looking for a pair of the front flush mount signals. I contacted the company that made them, and they were quite unhelpful in trying to help aquire a new set to replace my cracked/broken ones. Units in decent enough shape to make 3d printed templates would even work for me. Pic for reference as to the ones I am looking for.
