looking to rebuild my bike and currently dont have a title for mine so looking for a frame and title. thanks.

You can use any model year FZR600, they are all the same.

You do not need to be a resident of Vermont to register a vehicle there. For an older vehicle, payment of sales tax and a bill of sale is all that's needed.
