Fuel Injection Kit - $600

im putting an almost complete fuel injection setup up for sale. it's a r6 throttle body modded to fit on a fzr. I say nearly complete because you will have to buy a piece of fuel injection line for the return from the pressure regulator, and one new injector. the bike was running, but I couldnt get idle smoothed out. after removing the entire system, I found out the number one fuel injector is dead. comes with everything needed to connect to TunerStudio (free software for use with microsquirt)
everything was purchased new, except the throttle bodies of course. the fuel rail has been silversoldered, the entire system pressurized and does not leak. new o-rings on the injectors
r6 throttle bodies: ~100
k&n filters: ~120
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00062 ... UTF8&psc=1
walbro 255 fuel pump and install kit: ~110
http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/walb ... p-312.html
v3 microsquirt: ~340
http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/micr ... p-131.html
all sensors and pigtails are included (IAT,ECT, MAP, r6 TPS). I spliced in a GM MAP 1bar sensor over the r6 one, up to you if you want to use a newer style (smaller)
will sell outright, or consider trades for engine parts (I have a few spare bikes): complete carbs, rebuild kit, undercut transmission, whole running engine, etc
let me know if you have any questions. I except this to be listed for a while, so if the ad is still up it's still available
edit: you do NOT have to modify the frame for these to fit. an older writeup said you did, these will fit in an orig frame just fine

what all parts would you be looking for. i am doing the 660 build and will have spare pistons, wrist pins, head (complete with cams, cam gears, and valves), cylinders, looking at doing the yzf header swap so will have header and stock muffler with baffle pipe removed and larger outlet, and if can make a deal stock carbs would be willing to give a brand new factory pro stage 3 jet it along with it also. all parts are from a 1995 fzr 600 with 29,xxx miles. let me know what you think. what all would you have to do so that you can put it on the bike.

id be interested in a working pair of stock carbs, not the used parts necessarily. id still have to go through and have the heads rebuilt.
to fit the fuel injection deal on the bike? tap into the fuel tank with a return line from the pressure regulator, put a new injector on cylinder 1, and some slight wiring to feed the unit power

Every bike will be different to compensate for wear/slight differences. for example, one engine might be able to breathe slightly better than another. the sesnors are calibrated already, which is quite easy to do (iat, ect, map, tps). you will have to tweak slight variables for fuel to work with your application. tunerstudio is a free software that lets you connect to microsquirt and modify the tune and get a visual readout of live data. it's challenging at first, but that's with tuning anything.

if trading a set of carbs and jet kit, how much would you want for the set up?
