fzr/yzf part out. Massive list of rare & performance parts

Post by dru86 »

Well it's come time to get rid of all my fzr/yzf parts. I have amassed a lot of rare parts and had fabricated some pretty cool things too. More things will get added to this list.

Photos can be found here http://s14.photobucket.com/user/dru1986 ... t=3&page=1

I am located in Australia so postage is not included in the price. I have however sent (and buy) a lot of things overseas and I am happy to post worldwide. Postage costs will vary depending on the weight.

Prices are $US.

Fzr600 new timing chain. $15

After market stator and pickup, has had very little use. $40.

NRC peanut cover. This has had the name sanded off and painted black. $40.

Fzr600 rear calliper. This has been machined so that it can be used on either a fzr400 or fzr600 rim. $25.

Yzf600 carbs. I was running these for several years on my fzr660 using the modified fzr600 airbox. The jetting has been tuned using a wideband O2 sensor and reader. The fzr600 airbox has had the bottom part of a yzf600 airbox grafted onto it and the snorkel has been trimmed and opened up. Comes with a K&N filter. $180.

3en1 fzr400 race fairing stay. Welds are not pretty but does the job. Fits a fzr600 gauge or the Koso unit also works. $25.

Adjustable rear links. These allow the lowering and raising of the rear end without having to unbolt the lowering links (one thread is LH and one is RH just like the gear shifter linkage). $30.

Stock yzf600 cylinders, rods, and pistons. Still in really good condition with minimal wear. $40

Stock yzf600 head and cams. Still in really good condition and shims were recently adjusted. $60.

Fzr400 (3en1) seat. Recovered a few years ago so in great nic. $20.

SOLD
Fzr600 standard fairings (painted blue) and screen. This is a stock twin headlight fzr600 set with aftermarket single seat tail fairing and R6 guard. Some light cracking in the tail paint. The upper was damaged and so comes with a replacement (has had some plastic welding done, perfect for paint). $250
R1 calipers. Suits fzr600 etc. These are the yellow ones which have the aluminium alloy pistons and are the lightest. $100.
Front master cylinder, R1? 14mm. $50
Yzf750 headers? Has been shortened. $25.
Yzf750 muffler? Some rash, still solid. $25.
yzf600 Forged Wiseco standard bore pistons and rings. $300
Yzf600 cylinder head that was ported, polished and had a 5 angle valve job. $300
High performance cams, this is a pair of inlet cams (use one on the exhaust side) reground to increase lift with a slight increase in duration. I based these off the biggest lift cams that still used stock valve springs. An inlet cam is used on the exhaust side as it has more lift to begin with. $300
Fzr track fairings (yellow and blue). This is a bit of a mixed set. The belly pan, tank and upper are from a single headlight fzr600. The tail is from a 3en2 fzr400. Solid however has had a few minor repairs. $200.
Factory pro shift spring. Spring has been used. $25
EBC prolites. The buttons on these are pretty loose and could do with replacing. Otherwise plenty of meat still left. $80
Ohlins fzr400/600 shock. In excellent condition and has done only one track day since a rebuild. $350
APE fzr600 crankshaft that has been lightened, knife edged, balanced and had the oil holes fluted. $250
Fzr/yzf Adjustable timing gears. $25
Fzr400 3en1 stock rearsets with fixed foodpegs. Should also 3en2 and maybe fzr400/600. $20
Tz250 front rim. This thing is super light, ~1kg lighter than a fzr400 rim. Rim size is 17” x 3.75” with a 120 wide Dunlop Q2 that’s done one track day. Wheel bearings were also just replaced. It has spacers in there to suit an R6 axle. $275
Tzr250 3XV rear rim. Comes with disc and 37T ,42T, 2 x 43T & 50T sprockets. Rim size is 17” x 4.5” and the tyre (Dunlop Q2) has done one trackday. The spacers in it suit a fzr600/fzr400. $350
Keihin 32mm FCRs/flatslides. A bought these years ago to use on my 660 but never got around to using them. Good condition. $350.
Unused Uni individual filters. 53-55mm, which suits the FCRs. $50.
R6 forks and triple clamps (no guard). These have modified internals that worked really well on my fzr600. The fzr steering stem has been pressed into the R6 triples. I have a stock axle which allows the use of an R6 wheel or the above tz250 wheel. Alternatively I also have a modified fzr600 axle which allows the use of an fzr600/400 rim and speedo drive. One of the fork legs was machined to allow for proper alignment of a fzr rim. However, I can supply a spacer to allow the use of an R6 rim if required. $300.
Stock fzr400 frame. This is considerably lighter and stiffer than a 600 frame and has the shock mount incorporated into the frame unlike the 1wg fzr400. $100.
Stock 3en1 fzr400 subframe. $25.
Race 3en1 fzr400 subframe. This weighs 1.5kg, so ~3kg lighter than the stock unit. $40.
Fzr400 swingarm. This is a 3en2 swingarm (also called the 90 model in the US). This is a direct bolt into for the fzr600 and other 400s (except 3tj). I will include both 400 and 600 calliper brackets so either rim can be used. $250.
STD fzr600 discs. $30.
Koso DB-01R gauges and aftermarket temp unit. Has been wired into to suit a fzr600 loom (very easy to change). $100.
Mikuni vacuum fuel pump. Do away with the stock electric fuel pump. $20.
43mm Vortex clipons. Suits R6 3tj etc. $50.
Sprint Steering damper good condition, no leaks. Comes with a 43mm clamp. $60.
Fzr600 D&D headers and can. The header’s are a little bent from where I tried to get them to line up on my fzr400 frame. No leaks, (tiny amount of rash on can). $80.
Ignitech ignitor/TCI. These units are vastly superior to the V&H power packs that float around. These units are fully adjustable (timing, rev limit, TPS etc) with the use of a computer, unlike the power packs that have a limited number of setting that are adjusted via the use of switches. Comes with a plug to suit a fzr600 loom, however, can be used on pretty much anything without injection. Current map on it suits a fzr660 using yzf600 carbs with TPS. $120.
Stock fzr600 ignition coils. $20.
Falicon fzr600 clutch basket. RARE!! I have only ever seen this one come up for sale. This is in perfect condition and comes with Barnett springs. (I’ll also included the rest of the stock clutch parts if wanted however postage will increase). The clutch basket and 2nd gear were the two weak points on the fzr. $250.
Fzr oil cooler. This came fitted factory to some non-us model fzrs such as my 89 fzr600. It also comes with the conversion to a spin on oil filter. $50.

Man. Me too. Shipping would probably be harsh though.

Shipping really depends on the weight of the item and how quickly you want it. I use skippy post for larger items by airmail or Auspost for smaller items/seamail. You can get a rough idea using the calculators below or I'm happy to give a postage cost.
