FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

I'm needing a new set of fork springs, my FZR is like a pogo stick. What would an appropriate spring rate be for a FZR600R with a 200lb rider? I'm building a racer, just ordered my tyres today and carbs are later in the week.

I went with what RaceTech (.90kg) stated to use and I didn't notice a huge change. I thickened the oil (mix of 15 and 20w fork oil) and that worked out a lot better.
