You wouldnt want to be here at the moment.Martin Pecks gsxr1255 just dynoed at 200hp plus change on the rear wheel.Sneeky bugger jumped 3.6seconds off his pb in one event then overshot a corner.LOL
My FZR will be at the lower end of hp scale but at the top end of handling.

Things have become a bidding war.Now everyone has big bores, slicks, spare wheels, wets and tyre warmers.
postclassics has become commercial.
Should be fun next year.

Theres only 1 straight & plenty of corners, I still believe if you have a better handling bike, you will nearly always beat a powerfull ill handling bike. Power os only good if you have power tracks. So stick with getting the FZR to handle Mossy..

Have done the front with race tech and ohlins. The rear is whitepower modified stock and next year thats being replaced with ohlins modified with ride height adjuster. My motors toast so that took over on importance list. One of the sleeves was cracked hence smoke and the big ends and primary chain were stuffed also so my hand was forced.I got the fcrs because I wasnt prepaired to dyno tune the cv carbs again as they were never perfect once the exup was removed.

Hmm Ive had talks at lenth with my tuner, & he wont let me remove the exup for that reson. Its not that big of a hp gain, & you lose the torque. So he said keep it on. I have to agree, all the guys that have removed have all complaned about what a change it makes & mostly not for the better.

Yeh I lost everything below 4000 then it came the same to 6000 then higher than exup system for the rest by a few hp.The biggest gain was the weight saved.Exup headers are very heavy. The fcrs are a major improvement with the instant throttle resonce and more power all the way through. All the bottom end issues are gone and the carbs are still out of box rich untuned as I didnt want to tune before rebuild. Was running at 3/4 throttle during the last round.
