Any have experience with Cycle Options Track Days? Just wanted to see how well they are put on.
I'm looking at the Sept 25th date at Putnam Park in Indiana.
Gateway is great, but I need a change and another track to add to the schedule.

I got into my head coming into turn 9
got into the middle off the race line, hit the sealed seam, bike squirreld a bit and I got jumpy, decided to straighten up and brake hard till I left the pavement
grass was tall and WET from all the rain the night before I lost her while downshifting to N with the clutch in

Is that pre or post soil sampling, the bike looks ok
not so sure about the dodgy looking geezer eyeing up the bike though

I'm really glad to know that you're ok. I'll have some video on youtube shortly...
Our first 3 sessions on Saturday were wet. Needless to say, I took it slow. Wet track, new cold tires, unfamiliar track - not a good combo!
I was getting frustrating because I was getting passed so much, but that changed at the end of the day when I familiarized myself with the track.
My friend lost it in the same exact spot. He dipped off the track into the wet grass in the latter part of turn 8, then turned his bike into 9 with wet tires... there he went. He tore his leathers to pieces, but his FZ6 faired very well.
