1........ full carb rebuild and new dyno jet kit stage 3
2...... New twin pods (K&N) 3092
3........ full repaint.Gave me mate $500 nzd to repaint so he went out and bought $488 worth of paint(labour for three days work=$12.00
Im gunna have to rewire his next house or something
Whole bike is custom metalic colours with hand details and even number boards painted in.2 base coats and 3 clearcoats with metalic course ally fleck
No photos yet as I havent seen it.
4....... Finally worked out the reason i had brake binding prob.I took discs off and they hard wharped over sideways. One in and the other out. These discs were
custom race cast discs and I assume the rivits that were not floating were so tight that the heat cycle swelling disc has left it noware to expand and
hense wharped out sideways.
5.......New discs coming from bikebandit.Gone with ebc pro lite(cant use wave in postclassic).these are not likely to arrive in time so will need to swap tyres or
or discs on the day.i will load the new slick onto disc less wheel and take spare slick aswell.if the tyre guy is there i will do tyre swap as i dont like pulling
discs on and off wheels as they are loctited and its not good for the ally threeded holes.
6......new slides and diaphrams coming from uk so i can drill holes larger on one set for faster carb responce for the long track which has many point and skwirt
corners.
7......Hero gopro camera for birthday so race footage round three will be coming.
8..... dyno tuning again this coming monday.
9......Leading series with 94points.second place is 78points.Lead is 16points which should be enough to bring home the bacon unless fall(again)

Next race is 25th so will keep you posted.
photos to come .Even i havent seen it yet.
Special thanks to Sweeks for yoshi headers up 6hp and 8nm torque maybe more with the upcoming dyno tune.
Sorry guys not many posts lately as i have been rebuilding the monster machine or sourcing parts.
you guys are so lucky to have parts in abundance as fzr bits in NZ is like rocking horse shit to find.

:yutugh2:

its starting to blow blue so big bore kit at end of season.(this has been authorised by my wife)
lucky the rookie this year is the ex drag bike uk champ.he will be doing the rebuild.he builds the mega hp nitro bikes to top specs with 700+hp so I would say he would be good choice to build mine.he rides gsxr1100 in the posties and if he learns to go around corners we are in the shit cause it can catch and pass a bike that has 15metre head start on a straight. We all think he has 180hp plus.We know its 1370cc and has busa conrods.because we must retain original jugs he has built up the back of the jugs by hand and then resleaved as the sleaves would be wider than the unmodified jugs.he also has 8mm plate where the base gasket would normally be for the busa long conrods.add to that 46mm fcrs and modified head with hot cams.
may he never learn the art of cornering. What worries us is his lap times reduce a second every race and hes getting close already. :yikes:

heres a teaser guys.Even though the bottom looks blue and top green the panel is the same colour and the pearls are giving it that effect.
the bike will change colour depending on the amount of light.more so in the sun and shade.

Mossey,
see you are already talking to the guy who wants to swap out.

Living upto your name its " Mossey Green " nice paint jod but unless I lived in a sandy area or never rode at night I would consider that a hazzard to being seen on the road by cage drivers

I've seen a few people put EXUP (89-95) swingarms on Genesis (87-88) frames. Other popular swaps are to put the YZF750 or the singles sided Ducati swingers on them. And of course there was companies like Spondon and Harris who used to make swingers for them as well.

new horses are 144.3
We got it up to 147 at expence of mid range and will go back to that figure when new slides arrive and find the mid range again.
