I believe those would be the japanese version of the fzr 400.The US models were the 86 japanese model .

This is the 88 japanese model and you can see the air tubes going to the top part of the fairing

Well they look pretty alike, I'll keep my fingers crossed and tell you how it woks out!

Looks like its from this model. The tails deffinately different. Maybe I can score some seats and seat lock off ebay....
