No right turn signal
relay is good
not sure about the wiring
any pics on how to would be greatly appreciated

If the left works properly, the relay is good. The next most likely culprits are the bulbs, the switch cluster (open it and clean the contacts - they get seriously grungy over the years), and the wiring connectors at the signals.
