fzr1000 genesis dynojeting

hi im a new user i have a 87 fzr1000 with a remus exhaust single k&ns ive just dynojetted with 132 mains it runs crap with filters on splutters till you wind her open take filters off a lot better have i used the right jets didnt drill out the pilot air can anybody give any advice to run better thanks :duh:

In the wiki there is something about adding a piece of pvc to the pods to help out with a similar situation. I can't search the wiki on this device but just seach for pods.

thanks worth considering cant seem to tune 3rd carb prop dont now weather to try the next jet down in the kit

Have you checked for air leaks on the Carb boots. It willbe a huge headache if there is one

Check visually for cracks and seperations and the like. But get yourself a can of starter fluid and while the bike is running spray some on the boot itself and if the rpms jump up a bit you have a leak. Also might be time to check the idle mixture screws. IMS. There is a pretty lengthy write up in the WIKI about that. It's pretty easy to do. Just need to source yourself an IR thermometer.
