Why does my bike idle to low when it's cold and too high when it's warm ?

use the choke untill the bike is at operating temps. Then, adjust your idle at proper engine temp.

All non-fuel injected motorcycles have a range with the idle

it has to do with certain parts heating up enough, i think valves?
