There's no replacement for displacement

I have picked up an 80 mm overbore kit (used) from eBay. I am going to need a gasket kit to install it and was wondering if anyone here knows where I can get an 80mm overbore head gasket. I'd really like to go with copper but a standard will suffice.
It should be showing up at my house this week and I plan to tear down the motor over the weekend (unless we go skiing again). I've reviewed the procedure in a Haynes that I picked up and perused the FSM. There don't seem to be any real gotchas to the task but wanted to check and make sure. I am only planning on reworking the top end of the motor, does anyone see that as a mistake? Most of the inline fours have pretty bullet proof bottom ends so I am assuming the same for this motor.
Also, I am contemplating a cam swap but most of the ones that I have found seem to favor the power band at the top of the rpm range and I am probably going to tune this for the mid-lower rpm range. Any suggestions? I'm guessing that with a 10% overbore, a stage-3 kit, and the D&D exhaust it should do OK, but one thing you'll never hear from me is that a machine has too much power

Thanks,
Ron
