on this past saturday I was involved n an accident on my bike, me 3 fractured ribs and a torn rotator cuff, but my bike is trashed. anyways will 600 forks fit on a 1000 and if so what years specifically. I live in dallas and am having a tough time locating any, but there are tons of 600's forks but will they work. any help would be greatly appreciated.... long live FZR..... I will re-build her streetfighter style: mainly because of cost. are there any aftermarket tails or conversion that others have used? this is what I need pm me for pics of bike
forks
tail fairings
f/brake lever
headlight/turn signals (street fighter)
some sort of speedo?
mirrors? 1 or 2
tank repair/paint job
exhaust pipe/ purely looks

Glad to hear you're okay; the torn rotator cuff sucks and the ribs are just plain painful. Good luck with the rebuild. FWIW, I would spend a couple extra dollars and get a new brake lever. I had a used one break apart at the pivot on me once. I was only moving the bike around the driveway, but it still makes me nervous.
