FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

hi all i had just got a samco hose kit for my 1991 fzr 1000 exup streetfighter and i just seen on the box that it says for fzr 1989-1990 only !!! is there any chance this would fit my 1991 or is there any way to make it fit ? i ve wait 8 weeks for it to come and gutted thanks everyone for help .

Not sure which hoses are included in the kit but only major difference is that one has a separate oil cooler to the rad whereas in the other the cooler is integrated. Associated oil pipes are different to the filter housing as earlier model runs a paper filter and the later model is spin-on

thanks for your help stig, looks like i better send it back to the shop as no chance that it will fit. the kit is for all the hoses .

yea it did fit kind of !!!! had to cut one of the hoses to size, and one hose the one you cant see right up near the tank would not fit but dont make much difference , over all well pleased looks smart on my streetfighter
