Question for you guys: Anyone know if Yamaha used the 41mm forks from the 87' 1000 on any other bike? Something with a standard handlebar?
Thanks for any info!

Re: 87' forks
Doesn't look like it. I checked out the Partzilla online parts fiche and their 'where used' lookup (a VERY handy tool sometimes), and the fork assemblies are only listed as being used on the 87-88 FZR1000; the uppers, lowers and triples were also used on the FZR750 - no surprise there.
1989 3LN1 FZR250R, currently stock.

Re: 87' forks
Thanks, kind of what I thought but was hoping I wouldnt have to have a top clamp machined for a project bike.
Re: 87' forks
I'm sure TDM850 mk1 uses 41mm forks...
