17" wheel for FZR1000 genesis...again probably :-)

Hi Folks,
looking at options for rear end of the genny,

having looked through various threads ,I've seen a couple of threads and discussions on this but still unsure , haven't found anything definitive yet.

the bike will be used for occasional 1/4 mile and for that reason I like the idea of holding onto the standard swing arm which is understand is a bit longer than exup (ideally avoiding the exup swingarm conversion)
and maintaining the stock look.


can the exup 17" wheel be used in the genesis swing arm and has anyone done this or fitted another 5.5x17 wheel from another donor bike?
