carb set up and jetting...

Hi all.... Have 1988 genesis 1000.. And bought it with following mods...
Full micron zaust system....stock airbox(no holes/standard filter/snorkel fitted)...carbs apparently stage 3 dynajet...
Bike pulls like a train but is lumpy on tickover to 3000 rpm..
Just wondering about the mods and whether to replace dynajet with oversized standard jets, but not sure on the size required......
Any help as to sizes,,setup,,airbox mods etc are very welcome.....
