Post up the numbers stamped on the left web of your crank (5 digits + 4 digits), the numbers stamped on the right rear mounting boss of the crank cases (5 digits), and the single digits inked on your conrod caps (in order, left to right).

44656 - 22221 = 22435; Black / Black / Green / Brown / Yellow.

When you find your conrod numbers, the same method & numbers apply. [A][D] - 2222 = (a)(b)(c)(d). '1' => Blue.

Sorry, man - I've got nothing. The only thing I can think of is to buy some set of bearing sizes - say, all #2 - then install and check with plastigauge. If the clearances are good, you're done. If the clearances are too big or too small, you need to go up or down a size. It's like reshimming, but a LOT more expensive ... :yuck:

The crank bearings are listed from rider's left to right.

thanx don can you tell me perhaps the correct clearance on the rod bearings can i like maybe measure or work the bearing sizes out with a micrometer or digital vernier caliper by taking the id of the rod torqued and and the od of the rod journal on the crank then i can check what thickness and clearance the bearings should be

According to the manual, the oil clearance as measured with Plastigauge should be 0.032 - 0.056mm, or 0.0013-0.0022". This is the same for all years of FZR1000.
