FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

Hello, I am replacing the transmission on my Pre89 Race bike, First of all can anyone give me a link or contact to a good supplier regarding the parts I will need, secondly is there a complete after market 6 speed transmission available that's suitable a 1989 FZR1000 that anyone knows about?

I'm from New Zealand and the prices charged by our Yamaha dealers is far to expensive.

The YZF750 transmission (and sprayer bar!) apparently drops right in. You'll find more info on this mod on the heavyweight sites - exupworldwide.com and exup.co.uk; this site tends more to the middleweights, and doesn't have as much on the big bikes.
