i buy almost new tires so i have question do i need to balance those tires or not because balance of one tire is 15e so i need to pay 30e for 2 tires and i talk with some bikers they say to me that i do not need to go on balance these tires so i ask you guys do you think that balance is necessary

I'd say they should be balanced, but that's just what I do. Are you mounting them yourself? I haven't bought a new set of tires in years. I buy buddies race/track day takeoffs. And there is a shop I know that mounts and balances front and rear for $15.

I would always balance a tire and wheel. Small inperfections in the tire or the wheel can create wobble at speed. This might not be the best thing ever but I balanced my own. Put a rod through the wheel and put the rod on two saw horses. Gave her my best price is right spin and let her come to rest. I marked the bottom with soap stone. Spun again and it landed on the same spot. That's a heavy spot so I put a weight on the opposite side. Spun 10 more times and never got the same spot twice. I had it checked later and it was pretty accurate. My added weight was a little over
