Transmission parts.???

Just wondering where you can find cheaper gears for the transmission of my 89 fzr1000 other than the Yamaha dealer which cost $$$$$ for them.. dam 2nd gear..

plenty of breakers out there. Watch out for a dodgy second gear and associated selector dogs. The 6 speed from the ace or 750 also fit but you also need the oil spray bar and pick up pipe?

Ive just been through the second gear problem myself. bought OEM parts online from USA. Only cost couple of hundred for two gears and a selector fork.
But the can of worms ended up costing me about 1600 in OEM parts total. Another 600 in gear backgrinding, Valve seating, honing and head skimming.
