I started this topic just to see what is out there add a pic of your bike , coment on anyone elses lets all have funImageImage this is my FZR 1000 1989 stretched lowerd and ready for a night on the town . if you been looking for a sretch kit for your fzr I have your hookup now youve seen mine let me see yours

I have a qwestion does anyone know where the reserve tank on a 89 fzr is the tank is not seperated in any way and there is only one tank the secs say the main tank is 5 gal and the reserve holds 1 gal mine holds 5 gal bt there is no reserve only a switch this is frustrating can you help

Reserve should be on the switch, it's the last gallon of your 5 gallon tank.

This is an OEM reserve tank .......be sure to have the correct size to fit under your seat. :yikes:

Mine says Mountain Dew. Does this mean it is from a different bike, or was there differences between the years?

vary funny but mine would have to say dr peper cause im a pepper wouldnt you like to be a peper too

oh yea i like that id love to give my bike a custom paint but everyone complements my bike for having origonal grafics but i do like thelittle green fzr mean nice ride [ if you whant to streach it call me]
