you might want to talk to nate memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=141 (thatkid) he does things like that.

If you know what size you want and wish to stick with it, then I do stainless items. I can do any size you choose from high lift 155's to intermediate 158's or even standard height
Not too sure where you are but theres a saving for forum members over the ebay price that i do when posted to the UK, and i'll post overseas at cost if required

If I dont stock the size I can get them done at a weeks turnaround assumng theres no problems at the cutters

Yeah I ended up making them out of t6 aircraft aaluminum at .26mm or 1/4 inch thick width the length 155cm or 1550 mm from center to center of mounting holes raising my tail aprox 2"! Super cheap build and made a great difference falling into corners! Dont waist your money ordering them!

Stigs dogbones are as good as you will get anywhere and they are less than £14.00 for a pair. Why bother purchasing the materials and machining them yourself.

Old topic i know but i've got 155mm dog bones on my 1000ru, the back end is about 40mm higher than standard and has sped up tip in and direction change no end!!

Best £13 i spent!!

P**s easy to fit and makes an instant change!

Only thing is the bike leans further on the side stand and if your legs are short it could be awkward but well worth it!!
