Well, I ground down a LITTLE (half a mm?) too far. I nicked the cylinder that goes through the inner link that the rivet goes through with my grinder.

Is there any chance I could get away with 108 links? Seems like it would just barely shorten the wheelbase and I'd move the rear tire forward a bit and be fine.
I have standard size sprockets. (16/47), it seems like there's about 3/4" to go forward from where the wheel was before.
I think I'd be fine with the chain at 110 and the little nick, but I'd rather be 100% than oh, a little ding in the side of the inner part of the chain thing.
