My project bike need some help

Post by supercowboy »

I was wondering if anyone can help me with some pics of a stock 1994 Fzr 1000. Im look for picks of the bike with no tank. I need a birds eye view of the carb and base of the motor shot. Im wondering how to run some wires and the exup cables. I inherited the bike and it was in pieces and tring to put it back together. I have it pretty close to being finished. Here is a pic of the bike now.

I plan on painting the bike panals black. The blue fender is temparary. I decided to get the frame done in a dark bronze and I will finish the panals in Black like the tank. I hope someone can help me. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Here is my 94 with the tank off (old pics from when I first got the bike)

The EXUP cables (if you can't find FZR exup cables 99-01 R1 exup cables will work-that's what I'm using) run along the right side of the inside of he frame and then down in between the engine and the swingarm. The wiring harness runs along the left side of the frame.

And here is what my somewhat stock 94 1000 looks like now. Stock color. I just pulled of all the decals.

Hi,
Cable & hose routing are in the YAMAHA SERVICE manuals for the models they are not going to vary too much across the range of FZR's .

I seem to remeber that in the WIKI there is a link to a service manual.
