Carb issues

Okay so here is what is happening.

Carbs work normally most of the time,

Except if i am WOT above 9000rm. It starts missing. If i back out some maybe half to 3/4 throttle all 4 will re-light.
Also sometimes it will do the same thing from 6000-7000rpm However here if i hold WOT it will relight on its own after 7000.
If i back out of WOT at 6000-7000 it will also relight all 4.

I think its rich but i am not sure.
Any help would be great. Carbs are freshly rebuilt.

cant be certain but if its a 2 stroke i'd def say its running rich. I had the same symptoms on a 2 stroke engine. Backing off the mixture cured it

It was lean. My engine is pulling much higher velocities then stock..
