sadly/embarassingly, the issue she had for 2 yrs was a bad battery.... ABSOLUTE FAIL... but i've been riding a lot so it's smoothed out a lot in riding so carbs seem ok, just fixing tweaks here n there. next things to fix / replace: brake lines/master cylinder (has A LOT of gunk in it that bleeding ...
