Hey Stig - Sorry for the late reply and thank you. I still haven't had a chance to work on my bike, but I do know it's not the slave cylinder seal. I will post what I find, once I find it.

I removed mine just this year. After 7 years of listening to the valve rattle and people asking me, "Whats that rattling sound?", It had to go. I'm not missing it!!

Ok guys ...I found a stud removel tool at advanced auto. They also stock the 8mm 1.25 studs in a 2 pk. They come with a non-flanged nut. I agree ...I have never had an contractor bit not break on me. I believe the kit he has has a nut that you hammer on and then hat
chet off. Thanks for the tip on the studs bro.

After year's of trying to get rid of the rusty rattle of my exup valve ...it is being retired. So I'm putting the v&h ss2-r 4-2-1 system on it that I've been sitting on for 2 year's. I have been looking for a front fender for my '94 1k forever. Cant seem to find one. Does anyone know where to purchase a direct match? Willing to use another year, make , or model ...whatever will work. All and any help is appreciated. Thanks
