They are the K&L brand, part number 18-5229 or CAB-Y15. There are four kits in packaging, one for each carb. I will try to figure out how to post pictures.

FZR 600 Carb Rebuild Kit - SOLD
I have the rebuild kits for all four carbs, new in packaging. I purchased them but never got around to the carbs, and I just sold my FZR. It has the gaskets and the float jet. I was hoping to get at least $50 for the set. Steve http://fzronline.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_item...

FZR 600 Factory Pro Emulsion Tubes
I have a set of four Factory Pro emulsion tubes/needle jets that I have never used, and I just sold my FZR. I never took them out of the plastic bag (it's still stapled). I was hoping to get around $100 for them, but since I obviously don't need them I'm willing to negotiate if you're interested. Th...

stumble at low rpm
Hi All, I have a US 1995 FZR 600 with 6400 showing on the odometer. It starts, idles, and revs good. The issue is that at partial throttle between idle and roughly 2500 rpm it stumbles/feels flat, which makes it tricky to turn left or right from a stop. Above that rpm range it has normal power (powe...

Re: ??? intake monifold boot question
I used my finger and wiped engine oil on the inside of the boot, then wiggled the carb assembly into the boots.

Re: Relay arm movement
The Haynes manual calls it the relay arm. It's the part which the shock & dog bones (tie rods according to Haynes) attaches to.

Relay arm movement
I have a 95 FZR 600. I have the swingarm off and I noticed that the relay arm has about 1 mm of side to side movement where it attaches to the frame. Is that normal?

Re: Electrical problem
I forgot to mention that the fuses in the box were good. I'll check the 30 amp this evening. Thanks.

Electrical problem
Is there a main fuse on the FZR600? I was trying to rewire the horn and must have shorted something out as I have no power going to anywhere with the key switched to on. The battery is fully charged. Everything worked fine 'til I screwed with the horn wiring (except for the horn of course). Any sugg...

Re: Is this part needed?
I didn't remove it - a previous owner did. I recently obtained another sprocket cover and noticed it in that one. I didn't notice any problems riding without it.

Is this part needed?
The motor mount damper in the sprocket cover - is there any benefit to using it?
