You're the man! Now, any ideas as to where to find/what I should do about the spacer problem? I appreciate the help thus far, exceeded all expectations.

Re: No spacer? Deathtrap.
Yamaha Dealership is telling me I have to buy the entire rear caliper in order to put the new bracket on. Any truth in this?

Re: No spacer? Deathtrap.
I apologize for my sarcasm in return. I've spent the last few hrs trying to figure a solution of at least safely storing the bik. the bikes sitting at a relatively small shop, with little excess space, 30mins away from me and i'm having trouble getting ahold of a pickup or trailer. The writeup in th...

Re: No spacer? Deathtrap.
I'm also having trouble locating the exact part in the bikebandit schematics. I found what is called the caliper bracket but the picture looks nothing like the actual piece. Again, any help appreciated.

Re: No spacer? Deathtrap.

I probably rushed into the purchase, but I would have noticed any obvious abnormalities, such as the sound during riding, which i did not. Regardless of that, the problem has ocurred. I'm just looking for a soluti...

Re: No spacer? Deathtrap.
Most of it was minor. The wheel issue, however, is not. I knew there would be issues on an older bike, most were relatively minor, but I don't really know how this went unnoticed by all the people that have checked the bike out.
Thanks for the input

No spacer? Deathtrap.
I bought a 95 fzr6 from a seemingly respected member on this forum last April. I went to replace the rear tire today only to find out I've been riding an apparent deathtrap. Not only was there a pile of hidden safety concerns. I found out today There was no spacer put on the rear wheel right side an...

Re: bike wraps
Vehicle Wraps are one part of what my company specializes in. The vinyl 3M is putting out now, as well as the protective overlaminate is some real good stuff. Wrapped bikes look amazing when designed and installed properly. By no means is it a simple install if you don't have any prior vinyl experie...
