You're the man! Now, any ideas as to where to find/what I should do about the spacer problem? I appreciate the help thus far, exceeded all expectations.

Yamaha Dealership is telling me I have to buy the entire rear caliper in order to put the new bracket on. Any truth in this?

I'm also having trouble locating the exact part in the bikebandit schematics. I found what is called the caliper bracket but the picture looks nothing like the actual piece. Again, any help appreciated.

Most of it was minor. The wheel issue, however, is not. I knew there would be issues on an older bike, most were relatively minor, but I don't really know how this went unnoticed by all the people that have checked the bike out.
