Scott, I might have a easy fix for you. I have a wheel with a new BT45 tire. used to roll frame around the garage. I used a different wheel/tire so this one is sitting idle. kor223@aol.com lets talk! Thanks-Neil

Pity I cut up two and scrapped them.....No interest on Ebay. I do have a good rim with brand new tire mounted..

I fabbed up a pair of aluminum brackets that give an offset ( outboard ) and the option of 3 way adjustment. Neil

There are a couple of FZR 400's that will see a transfusion of the Two Stroke power. TOO much fun. I've ridden one-and am doing one, time is the major problem. The FZR platform handles like - womderful. Add the two stroke power and it is the best grin maker you can imagine !!! Neil

I used the inverted forks from a 2000 GSXR 750. Had teh stem pressed out. did measurements and had the stem welded to a different length.
Tapered bearings. Fits good. Lots of room for rake adjustment.
