My bro inlaw just got a 89 ninja 600 with 4000 miles on it prestine condition but driving it and its over heating any ideas is it just from sitting he bought some stuff to flush the rad but has not done it yet any other ideas its obviously been sitting awhile?

im using a battery charger to eliminate the battery as a possibility still nothing but buzz

anyway to be certain?

bike wont start it makes a buzzing noise but no kaboom. it ran fine this winter now it won't start it buzzes on the i guess its the "silinoid" the piece connected to the back of battery box but thats it is there a ground somewhere im missing
