Sorry been gone a while< been takin care of family buisness overseas, I am back here to help and answer any questions i can... Returned to Pa picked bike up after getting head work to the 619, and damn i froze my nads off> glad to be back

Thanks guys. I founnd a cap and thermo that fits will post the slant numbers when I get back in town tom..44 mm is the thermo size I know that much off hand

Radiator cap and thermostat
Just got home from out of country today was diein o ride hoped on and ride to my surprize it wants to overheat fan is manual and working seems full of fluid with no air in system, is there an auto Rad cap and thermo that fits, the Fzr 600.. any help would be greatly appreciated

I have never tried synth. in bike, always felt it could effect the clutch, it lubricates so well, would think clutch would tend to slip but

Sounds like it will eventually fry, as those older Vr's tend to, Not sure what too Hot for it is but anything electrical that gets that hot cant be good.. Try a newer still Vr,I have mounted a pc heat sink and fan to a friends and he had no problems, (his was in stock tail, before i knew about the F...

Not everyone has a 3/8th" drive torque wrench.I didnt at first only 1/2 inch.. Should it be torqued ? Yes.... Do I always ? Didn't Thats how i know they break..

for conventional oil make sure it is not Energy-conserving, Energy-conserving has friction modifiers that are bad for wet clutch systems. All 5w40, 5w50, 10w40, 15w40, 15w50, and 20w50 oils which I have found are not energy-conserving and can be recommended for general motorcycle use.. I use 15/50 m...

both...preload to set the sage ...thicker oil to slow down compression.. to much sage will make bike turn more slowly, to soft compression nose will dive hard on braking , there for as you turn front will colaspe, and you will have to compansate, to hard.. IMO the Barnett clutches are great...The springs are super heavy compared to stock, will make hand tired for a few months at beginning of season, if you guys want to tighten clutch without HD springs, Old school trick is to use an extra washer on the bolts that hold spring on, I have used this mod a...

D i use aluminum tubing, can buy at most hardware store, i have a few different lenths i try, I found what works for me, I am sure pvc works I just dont like the idea of pvc in my shocks
