treid new plugs and synched the carbs - mine started fine after an engine swap - went away for two weeks came back - just coulnt get it to run - not even on ether - went and got new plugs - old ones turned otu to be very sooty- ( came i nthe swapped engine) first press of the starter - away she went...

more bits have arrived - engine in - tuned/synced the carbs (4 way digital vacuum gauge) and fixed some leaks - few bits still to go on - chain, pegs, brake fluid ... but otherwise nearly there. was very bright sun so have fiddled picture back to somewhat near the correct colour.
