I'm here...Between work and this new State of Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police position I was elected to, I haven't been able to get much me time . :mad( In most states, if the lights are not cycling through a...

Re: REARSETS
how do you hook up the springs for the rear brake or do you not use them with these rearsets? You will definitely need to keep the spring on there otherwise you'll end up with the rear brake dragging... :whistle ...found that out the hard way. The stock spring is too short to stretch and fit, so I ...

Re: Stock windscreen color
I doubt any of the aftermarket windscreens are DOT approved and I'd be surprised if the stock ones even are. The tinting on the windscreen shouldn't make a difference seeing as how you aren't looking through it when you're riding. In Wisconsin, if the windshield, not windscreen, is 15" or above the ...

Re: Stock windscreen color
Well, I do know the stock wind screen is clear. I don't believe the Zero Gravity wind screens are DOT approved, but it shouldn't matter anyways because you are still required to wear either eye protection or a helmet because the wind screen (on the FZR) doesn't protect your eyes anyways.
Re: dog bones
The dog bones I have are actually adjustable (two holes), with one setting being stock and the other lowering the tail.YAM93 wrote:actully, all Deputy has is 2 stock-length dogbones. One is stock steel the other is aluminum.

Religiously check eBay or peruse the sales sections here and the archives. I was lucky enough to buy an Airtech one from target30.

Re: WHAT MOD DID YOU GET THE MOST GAIN WITH?
I've got the K&N filter, full V&H SS2R exhaust system, stage 3 jet kit, 520 conversion and the Factory Pro +5 ignition advancer. I'd say the biggest gains were with the full exhaust system.

Sorry for the late response...My wife ended up working that day so I had to take the cage. Yeah, I know what TraCS is and the fact that my department doesn't have it yet, but we updated our MDC software at the beginning or the year so it would support it. I replaced Don Schellin a retired LEO, but I...

Well, what can I or any other member here say...You obviously have made up your mind on what or not to wear while riding regardless of how far you're going and that's you personal choice. I for one will donate funds for flowers to your funeral :-D As upset as you might get at all the preaching going...
