I believe the shims on 87-88 are not standard, I think they are Bucket Shaped (size is 7.48) ! Can someone confirm and may be knows where to get them ! Thanks in advance., Nathan.

The Mikuni model/size is y-0 483 the Yamaha oem# 1ae1414190 .Does any body know a proven source...

hi there does any body here knows about a way to put a 17 inch wheel into 1987 fzr1000 frame ? (comes originally with 18/160 ) thats without swaping the swingarm!? ... maybe drilling a bigger hall in the frame so the bigger axle would fit ? of corse assuming 170 or 180 would fit in the original swin...
