charging problem is sorted now,
The replacement VRR i brought was no good so it must of been something dodgy with the old wiring cause i put old VRR back in and all readings are good and I pretty much rewired the whole bike

So just looking over the wires again and had a look at the flasher unit its a narva 145w flasher Im not to sure but 145w sounds a little excessive to me?

Any ideas at what else it could be ??
I measures resistance at the stator plug and got 00.4 ohms across all combinations off the 3 stator wires.

Was in the middle of adding/editing my previous post when you replied.

Just replaced VRR and tested all tests are good but still no charge to battery battery is new so I know its not that. All wiring and connections have been checked and thats all good.
Must be the stator ????
