99 fzr600 custom thoughts...need help/advice
Hello guys and gals. Like the title states I have some thoughts. I have a 96 zx9r, complete, and a 99 fzr600r that I'm going to customize. So I thought maybe swaping the whole front end with triple tree from the zx9 over to the fzr along with the rear swingarm.... The issue is that I haven't found i...

Re: Pushrod replaced, now clutch wont engage
I know this is an old thread but had a question around the same lines. I got this 99 fzr600 that it snapped the pushrod and seal. Got both from Yamaha for around 20 each, but mine didn't have the ball you refer to and it's just one whole rod, not two. Why the difference? Years maybe?

Re: Help with engine case issue
Thanks for the reply...I figured that was probably the best thing to do but I just wanted to make sure. The face where the seal goes is the only thing with what you might call a slight gouge so that is perfect. Now, the pushrod has a slightly smaller diameter at one end and a bigger one at the other...

Help with engine case issue
Hello guys and gals. Like the title states, I have a slight issue/question. My 99 fzr600 broke the clutch pushrod and seal before I bought her. That was the reason for selling he bike because the owner couldn't find the parts. So I got her cheap and bought the parts. The ball bearing is still on the...

need some advice on gauges for my 99 fzr600r
Hello guys and gals...been out for a while but I'm starting my project back up... Like the title states, need some feedback regarding gauges. I got my bike with no gauges at all and it was missing all the plastics except the tail peices and a brand new solo seat cowl that's never been put on the bik...

Re: need some advice for rear wheel
Thanks for the responses guys. The 17" front can be had cheap on ebay, seen quite a few. The rear was really the one that concerned me, it being a 5.5" wide wheel but it should not matter since the r6 rear is also the same width and it can be swapped to a yzf swingarm. Like I said, I just want to us...

need some advice for rear wheel
Hello guys and gals. Been looking around for info on this but no real world comparisons. Ok, so I'm getting ready to get my build going. Baby finally got here so hopefully wiil be able to get things rolling. Now, I've never ridden an fzr, all I've had was gixxers(750/1100) and a Hurricane 1000. I ha...
