I think you should probably look into this after what everyone else is saying also. After the changes to mine the 140 jet turned the swing arm black in a couple of days when i still had my low exhaust.

Are you running a non stock cam? I ran into an interesting situation on mine where after mods including cam and big bore and porting it wanted leaner jets than before. I like what you did with the washers to seal the bearings. Do you put any seal under them to keep sand and powder out?

Apparently they are ok for general road use as they don't really become active until you get the revs up a bit and they tighten up, not tried it yet though. But if the set up you have works then happy days. I didn't know the YZF basket was an upgrade. One of the reasons i joined this forum :thumbsu...

I have never seen one of the lock up clutches actually.
But i dont think it would work out too well for road course.
