Hey Mega, The red stripe was part of the original paint on the lowers so I just carried it back onto the tail like it was originally. It should look a bit better with the red numbers in place. I think a heatshield might be more benificial. I just put one on my old gsxr ,but haven't tried it out yet. What do you guys think?

Trailer registration is even easier here, no inspection needed,just walk in and tell them you need to register a homebuilt trailer and pay the fees,you walk out with a plate

I painted the area around the axle slot with machinest dye, scribed lines 1.5 mm above and below and parralel to the original slot. I then took a die grinder and opened the slot up ...

It's a 17x4.5" on a stock FZR arm. The only mod to the arm I did was to enlarge the axle adjuster bore and enlarge the axle slot to fit a 20mm axle.

You actually don't want your exhaust to cool. You want it to stay hot so it keeps the same volume. As the hot exhaust gases cool they get smaller in volume effecting flow and creating turbelance. Exhaust wrap and ceramic coatings are designed to keep heat in the exhaust. I'd guess the texture you de...
