What is the purpose of the second throttle cable the one on the bottom or if you open the throttle the one that wraps almost all the way around the throttle handle? Nice he did the same thing i did just a hair different. And his is a bit smaller i wasnt sure if i should go smaller but looking at his i may just do that. Exactly, figured for the mean time il just hack up what I have and if it looks horrible the wife will allow me to order some new stuff . But so far it isnt looking that bad for costing me nothing more than a sheet of metal.

A tail that works was sitting in my garage the whole time. Just needed a saw and welder :) . I took the fender cut it more areo dynamic and I took the under out and going to put a new one in with sheet metal. I cut my light bracket and rewelded it higher then cut out the rear peice of plastic so it ...

i thought i read that the air tech stuff was thin fiberglass? iv looked at them and would consider as long as they are not junk cause they are pretty much direct bolt on.

Of course the popular is the r6 but after looking at all the parts needed it adds up fast. Now i seen someone had a cbr tail and used fzr seats so only cost was tail and light. Any others work where all you need is the tail and light? Bending, shaping, welding, and drilling does not scare me.

well i found something on the net that basicly said you have to do it like a car pump, hold, open, close, release. Done this a couple times and it improved.

I dont have a front brake so i only took it around the block, when i get my master cyclinder next week il ride it more.

I picked up some 3/16 x 1 1/4 steel and made the dog bones. I just did what the wiki said and made the holes 5" apart. At first i had the shock at 7 and i couldnt flat foot the bike perfect so i reset the shock to 1 and now i can flat foot it just fine. Il play with the setting over time to find the...

i buy steel all the time just to have on hand for when i weld something or rig something together. I know it comes in all kinds of thickness and width is usally inch up to like 2 inches wide. Im just wondering if its strong enough cause the stock bones are pretty thin but must be storng metal.
