Slip ons
Anybody got slip ons installed on the fzr 1000 genesis? Can I buy the exup slip ons to use it on my 1988? Anybody know the exhaust inlet diameter by chance?

fzr 1000 tail conversion?
Got an 88 fzr1000. Searched and found a lot of 600 doing r6 tail conversions, but cannot find a good article about a fzr1000. Will the r6 tail fit on the fzr1000? I really dont want to cut the frame, so any suggestions?

Re: Hydraulic clutch problem
Thanks stig for helping. I actually got it to work today with a mityvac. About an hour later, it does it again. I'm pretty sure there is air somewhere in there. Go through it again tomorrow morning. I wish I could just have a whole day with a pack of beer dedicated to my motorcycle. Lol

Re: Hydraulic clutch problem
Just rebuild the slave cylinder and it still not disengaging. Pressure is there on the lever. Don't know what else. Mc was rebuilt by PO. I might not have all the air out. The fluid is clear though. No more bubble noted.

Re: Hydraulic clutch problem
Thanks stig, just ordered the slave repair kit from eBay. It didn't seem to be corroded, just got a bit of dirt around it. Don't think there is a switch for the side stand.

Hydraulic clutch problem
Started the bike and when I go into first, engine stall. Tried bleeding the line, even tried bleeding the banjo bolts from the MC. Seems to be clear of air in the line and pressure on the lever is there. Bike still stall when I shift. Took the slave cylinder out and and the oil seal got a little tea...
