I ran a contenintal road attack 2 front and rear. 160/60 zr 18 rear and a 120/70 zr17 front. Matched set. Really loved those tires. Fit perfect with no mods. Check amazon. Lots of people carry them

Check your diaphrams in the top of your carbs. That was my prob. Not properly sealed. I have 3 racks and all the parts for them for sale if interested. Yeah none of my local shops will let me swap shims. They want 10$ a peice and all of my valves r super tight due to lack of maintenence from the PO. Yeah I did it that way. Throttle wide open and slides held back. I got the cams out today just waiting on my shim kit to get in. I will re shim them then check compression again

Hi all, my fzr has developed a new prob as of late 2 of my 4 carbs will seriously bleed down after the bike has run for a few min. Bike starts running like crap then dies. I'm a total dumb a**. I accidentally put the new main jets in the pilot jets. So I was runnin 130's in the pilot and 107.5 in the mains.

The idle jets? That would cause it to only run on full choke? Mind u I have the prob in mid to high rpm. It starts and idles fine. Pull off give it gas and it stalls and sputters. Individual pod filters. Full yoshimura exhaust, e3 plugs,ford coil pack (accel) and Taylor thundervolt 8.2 mm plug wires. The exhaust and carbs came from Nate (that kid ).
