From this picture below you can see that this pipe from the oil cooler goes to the bottom left of the radiator (as you look at it from the front of the bike). Which model FZR600 do you have? Does the frame number start with 3HE or 4JH?? You do not have to connect any pipes to the oil cooler, you wont be getting any benefit from the oil cooler being there - but you can wait to plumb it in as you will need new hoses to do so.
