hi guys good news oilfilter was shot took it out closed it threw oil back in 1st key she started purring like a cat went for a drive round the block everything is stil good parked her now she can rest till end of the month

drained the oil and i can see the oil worked so maybe its a problem with the oil filter or pickup just hope the bearings stil shap

thanx don can you tell me perhaps the correct clearance on the rod bearings can i like maybe measure or work the bearing sizes out with a micrometer or digital vernier caliper by taking the id of the rod torqued and and the od of the rod journal on the crank then i can check what thickness and clear...

hi me again no luck on finding numbers or letters, can only find 1 C on the side of the conrods other 3 I cant see a thing its too worn out. On the bottom of each conrod is a C each with different amount of dots above the C. Please help Don

Theres only one way and that is to strip the whole engine no other way to open the bottom that way suzuki is better changed a gearbox on a presling a while was lot easier just to loosen the bottom
