I'm puzzling whether it is CDI or main relay (which includes fuel pump relay, as I understand). Any advice on how to test those two boxes?

I'm having a similar problem. Taking my bike off the hangar and not getting it to start. After a while of digging found that the fuel pump is not getting enough voltage - only max. 7 V, while the battery has 12 V. The fuel pump relay clicks and one of the connectors seems to be getting battery volta...
