Im selling my bike. A 92 600 with the 660 mod. Full v&h exhaust. Stage 3 jet kit. R6 blue dots and master cylinder. R6 vr. Newer cables. 13/45 sprockets. Is having a carb issue i believe. Stutters at low rpm. And will stall sometimes. But after the stutter it pulls hard. 1500 wabash indiana. Pick up...

Few problems...
On take off it hiccups then takes off.
If i pull in clutch from cruise it dies but doesnt if i run rpms down before clutching.
Steady cruise to throttlw hiccups too.
Any ideas?

So what youre saying is not so much throttle correct? Wouldnt that slow you down? Lol

Is there anything we can do to prevent wheel spin. Suspension?

The ride to work today was fun. Definitely more pep. Love it. Could be the cold air but i might have some cwrb tuning in the near future. Cruising to throttle kinda hesitated for a sec then took off.

Yeah its been a bad winter here. Obviously not as bad as yours . Yeah i used my fzr rods. Stock head. Full v&h exhaust. Stage. 3 factory pro jet kit. Roads were wet the ladt time i rode. Today ill see what its got on my way to work.

Wheel spin taking a toll on your tire?

Ive read your post a million times. Lol. But you have cams and head work. Cant do all that right now. How is it holding up? Any new issues?

So ive just completed my 660 build. Rode to work one day. And down the street and back. Havent really got into it hard yet. No insurance but ill have some today. Has anyone. Else done this mod and what do you think of it?

I haven't got a new rod yet. And the other three are facing towards the flywheel. I just started second guessing myself I guess since I screwed one rod up already. And how would u adjust clearance if it's not in spec?

Anyone?

So I've read and retread the manual. Installing the con rods the y mark needs to face to the left. Which side is left? Looking at it or sitting on the bike? Sorry about all the questions but I'm new to engine tear downs and I like doing everything myself. Thanks for all the help so far

I need a connecting rod to fix my screw up. If anyone has one to get rid of I'd appreciate it.
