Re: FZR400 Motherload of parts

Do you have any of the OEM bodywork mounting brackets and/or fasteners?

Re: FZR400 Motherload of parts

I'd like the petcock and new wheel bearings.

Is the price for the 18" rear wheels really supposed to say $0?

Re: whats the best site to order parts from.

I love ServiceHonda. Yes, they also carry Yamaha parts. Partzilla is also good for OEM parts. Generally even cheaper than ServiceHonda by a bit but I love the customer service at SH.

Re: 1WG bodywork question

Okay, those are spares then. I have that cross brace in place.

I may just make my own mounts since I'm mounting an aftermarket lower.

1WG bodywork question

Everything was stripped off when I bought my bike. I figured out where the larger brackets on the right go but where do the others go?

Re: Jetting with full system?

I'm pretty good with carbs and can tune with very good results so unless I have to I'd rather avoid the dyno. I'd just like a baseline for a main jet size from someone running a full system. There is a lot of ground between stock jets and the 110s that are in there so if someone can give me a ballpa...

Jetting with full system?

My bike has a V&H full system, stock airbox with UNI filter. It came with 110 mains with needles in the middle position. Stock pilot jets with fuel screw set to specs. It starts and idles well and part throttle fueling seems pretty good but it definitely seems very rich at WOT. Above 3rd gear it won...

Re: Aftermarket Levers

I haven't swapped mine yet but have done plenty of them in the past. It's a pretty straight forward procedure. Just do a search for brake bleeding for the proper procedure for after you do the swap.

Re: Aftermarket Levers

Just about any later MC will work. It will be easier if you get a MC that is from the same bike and generation as your clutch perch so that you can order your new levers as a set. That doesn't really matter though if you are willing to just pay attention to which MC you go with and order levers indi...
